From the 16th November 2017, you can apply again for Individual Match Tickets for Matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, as well as Venue Specific Tickets and Team Specific Ticket Series, subject to availability.

The First Come First Served Sales Period starts on the 16th November 2017, at 10H CET / 12H Moscow Time, and will end on the 28th November 2017, at 10H CET / 12H Moscow Time. During this Sales Period, Tickets will be allocated on a First Come First Served basis. We would advise football fans to place their order as soon as the Sales Period opens as Tickets for the most sought-after Matches are likely to sell out quickly.

During the First Come First Served Sales Period in Sales Phases (1), Ticket Applicants may submit their Ticket Application at any time throughout the respective First Come First Served Sales Period, with preference given in respect of the date and time of the submission (i.e. earlier submissions will be preferred and do have better chances of success than later submissions). During such Sales Period, Ticket purchases are processed as a real-time transaction, i.e. available Tickets will be allocated directly to the Ticket Applicants. All successfully purchased Tickets will be confirmed immediately to the Ticket Applicants.

To apply for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Tickets during the First Come First Served Sales Period described above, please follow the steps:

Russian residents who chose to pay by Bank Transfer need to ensure that full payment is received by FIFA within seven (7) days of receipt of the Ticket Confirmation of a successful Ticket Application.

Tickets allocated by FIFA to you during Sales Phase (1) and Sales Phase (2) will be delivered by courier to your address, with the exception of the situations that are listed in the Ticket Sales Regulations and are explained in the Frequently Asked Questions. Ticket deliveries are planned to start in April/May 2018.

In each Stadium and for all Matches, FIFA is offering a dedicated allocation of Tickets for purchase for disabled people, people with limited mobility and obese people.
