Situated in the heart of London’s West End, the London Palladium has become a venue to which all performers aspire since it opened on 26 December 1910. The show that day was a ‘grand variety bill’, and that performance typified what was to follow over the coming century.

Some of the biggest names in show business have taken to the stage at ‘the world’s most famous theatre’, with an unending list ranging from Harry Houdini to Frank Sinatra, and from Louis Armstrong to Elton John.

The venue is fit for royalty, with the Royal Variety Performance having taken place a record 40 times at the Palladium, most recently in 2014 in front of FA President Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.

The kings and queens of football will then find this historic and grand venue particularly fitting when they arrive on Monday 23 October 2017, for The Best FIFA Football Awards.
